Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing a program license or accessing the Yes With Ease platform, you agree to these terms. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (or your company) and Yes With Ease, operated by Michael Hagen, Sweden.

2. Program License

A program license grants access to the Yes With Ease training platform for the specified number of users and duration. Licenses are:

Non-transferable between companies
Valid for the agreed number of named users
Inclusive of all content, tools, and features at the purchased tier

3. Platform Access

After completing the program, continued platform access (Sales Coach, tools, tracking) is available at the current monthly rate per user. Platform access can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.

4. Payment Terms

Program licenses are invoiced upon agreement signing
Payment terms: 30 days net from invoice date
Monthly platform fees are invoiced quarterly in advance
All prices are in the currency stated at purchase, excluding VAT

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including video lessons, exercises, tools, templates, and methodologies — is the intellectual property of Yes With Ease. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content
Record, screen-capture, or download video lessons
Share login credentials outside your licensed team
Use content to create competing training programs

6. User Responsibilities

Keep login credentials confidential
Use the platform only for its intended purpose
Ensure all users within your license comply with these terms
Report any security concerns promptly

7. Coaching Sessions

Group and 1:1 coaching sessions included in Premium and Elite tiers are scheduled by mutual agreement. Cancellations require 24 hours notice. Unused sessions do not carry over beyond the program period.

8. Limitation of Liability

Yes With Ease provides sales training and tools designed to improve sales performance. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current program license.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

Platform access is revoked at the end of the notice period
No refunds for partially used program licenses
Your exercise data can be exported upon request

10. Modifications

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
